On July 20, 2020, the leaders of BNBM Group led the design team to the residential park of Yixin Construction's integrated house for inspection and guidance. The two parties made clear arrangements for the progress of the project.

      During the inspection, relevant personnel from both sides jointly held a technical exchange meeting of the design team to point out the design direction of Yixin Construction's integrated house, which not only broke through the concept of traditional architecture, but also integrated the technology of western developed countries. The two parties comprehensively analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of mainstream designs in the integrated housing market and their own technologies, and penetrated from multiple perspectives to meet market needs.

      On August 3, 2020, Pang Qinghua, Secretary of Jidong Materials and Trade Group, and Pang Wei, Executive Deputy General Manager of Jidong Materials and Trade Group/Chairman of Yixin Construction, participated in the project cooperation seminar between BNBM Group and BNBM Group. Secretary Liu Guiping attended the meeting and delivered a speech. The two parties reached cooperation intentions on projects such as integrated houses, ALC panels, ALC panels, and FK outer protection systems, and finalized relevant cooperation details. The two parties also reached a consensus on the in-depth cooperation between the overseas housing division of BNBM Group and Yixin Construction.

     Tangshan Yixin Construction Technology Co., Ltd. was established in December 2019, with a total planned investment of 2.6 billion yuan and a construction investment of 1.03 billion yuan for the first phase of the project. Located at No. 004 Alishan Road, Luanzhou Economic Development Zone, Tangshan City, Hebei Province. Mainly construct ALC plate production line, FK light steel exterior wall intelligent manufacturing production line, prefabricated integrated house project, prefabricated integrated house exhibition area project. It has an annual production capacity of 600,000 square meters of prefabricated external protective walls, 300,000 m³ of various ALC wall panels, and 8,000 sets of prefabricated integrated houses. Yixin Construction is committed to the research and development, production, sales and installation of prefabricated building materials, and has established strategic cooperation with Beijing New Building Materials Group to jointly develop and upgrade new green building materials, promote the green development of the construction industry, and improve corporate competitiveness.
